I'm Tiago, a UI/UX and Product Designer in Vancouver who also builds the front-end. For over 15 years I've turned complex requirements into clear, accessible interfaces for websites, SaaS products, and business applications. Right now I'm helping shape YakShaver, an AI-powered bug reporting tool.

I work remotely with SSW as a UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer, designing and building interfaces across web and product projects.
I studied Communications and Marketing and started out as a graphic designer, then moved into digital product design and front-end development.
At SSW I work within Scrum teams on projects of all sizes, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to turn requirements into usable, accessible interfaces.
Working alongside developers pulled me toward programming, and I went on to graduate from the Applied Web Development program at BCIT.
A lot of my personal and freelance work also involves photography, video editing, and copywriting.
